Electric Pencil Hardness Test Machine Mobile Phone Coating Hardness Tester

Test instructions: Use a hardness pencil to scratch the surface of the coating film to test the surface hardness of the coating layer. The hardness pencil is fixed at a 45° angle, so that the front end of the pen is in contact with the surface of the coating layer, and an appropriate load is applied. According to a certain speed (JIS standard 0.5 mm/sec) move the test platform to move the surface of the coating layer through the center of the pen, and the coating layer will not cause damage (scratches) to the *soft pencil level that can be regarded as the hardness of the coating layer.
