1.Spray system:

①Using the Benot principle to absorb salt water and then atomize, the atomization degree is uniform and does not block crystallization phenomenon, which can ensure the standard of continuous testing.

②Nozzle: made of special glass, which can adjust the spray amount and spray angle.

③spray volume: adjustable 1-2ml (80 square centimeters/hr) (average 16 hours).

2.Gas supply system:

①In the two-stage regulation, the air pressure is 1 kilogram/cm2.

②The first part is to adjust the inlet type of 2-2.5Kg/cm2 and have the function of filtering oil and water.

The second paragraph is to accurately adjust the 1 kg/cm2 1/4PT pressure gauge.

 1. Ensure the normal operation of power, water, and gas sources.

 2. The temperature of the pressure bucket must be maintained at 47 ± 1 ℃, and the temperature of the brine bucket must be maintained at 35 ± 1 ℃.

 3. The relative humidity of the laboratory must be maintained at 85%;

 4. The volume of spray liquid is calculated by the whole time, and it shall be averaged every hour on the container.

 5. 1.0 to 2.0 ml of saline solution can be collected, and the spray solution should be collected for at least 16 hours, and the spray amount should be calculated according to its average table.

 6. The instrument prompts to stop: first turn off the spray switch on the control panel → turn on the demist switch, and then open the cover of the test box after the fog in the test box is cleared.

 7. Maintenance: Clean the pressure bucket, experimental chamber, salt water bucket, and nozzle once a month; The machine needs to be thoroughly cleaned after being shut down for more than a week.
