Sample restrictions:
This test equipment is prohibited from testing samples of flammable, explosive, and volatile substances; testing of samples of corrosive substances, testing of biological storage, testing and storage of samples of strong electromagnetic radiation sources, etc.

Equipment functions:
1. The temperature, constant temperature time, vacuuming, nitrogen filling and other parameters of the vacuum oven are set through the touch screen, and the PLC automatically completes the following functions: vacuuming → standing → nitrogen filling (time control cycle is used for repeated cycles) → heating → constant temperature timing → nitrogen filling → end alarm;
2. It has functions such as over-temperature protection, overload protection, and phase loss protection. It can automatically stop heating, vacuuming and other functions in case of failure;
3. The equipment is easy to operate and can be easily mastered by workers without the need for professional personnel;
4. The equipment uses vacuum-specific control valves, vacuuming and nitrogen filling, which is highly efficient, saves personnel, and has good product performance;
5. The inner cavity of the equipment is welded with 5.0mm thick 304# stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance and strengthens vacuuming without deformation;
6. The outer box is made of 1.2mm thick Q235 cold-rolled steel plate, angle iron, channel steel and other materials; single cavity single door opening;
7. The equipment is equipped with movable casters and fixed foot cups;
8. It adopts high-quality stainless steel heating tube and external heating. The equipment undergoes temperature test and vacuum test before leaving the factory.
