Work flow

Constant temperature and humidity test boxes are designed to maintain a stable environment of temperature and humidity inside the chamber. This is achieved through a combination of sensors, heating and cooling elements, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers.Here’s how it works:

1. The test box is equipped with temperature sensors that constantly monitor the temperature inside the chamber.

2. Heating and cooling elements are used to regulate the temperature inside the chamber. If the temperature inside the chamber drops below the desired setpoint, the heating element is activated to increase the temperature. Conversely, if the temperature inside the chamber rises above the setpoint, the cooling element is activated to lower the temperature.

3. The test box also has humidity sensors that constantly monitor the humidity inside the chamber.

4. Humidifiers and dehumidifiers are used to regulate the humidity inside the chamber. If the humidity inside the chamber drops below the desired setpoint, the humidifier is activatedto  increase the humidity. If the humidity inside the chamber rises above the setpoint, the dehumidifier is activated to decrease the humidity.
