1. The temperature ranges from 15 °C to 35°C and the relative humidity ranges from 20 °C to 80%RH
2, clean temperature box: the inside of the test box is clean and dry without water
3, layout temperature box: build the test environment should not exceed 2/3 of the total volume, do not block the vent, the line hole is sealed, the military standard stipulates that the equipment should be 15cm away from the wall of the temperature box.
4, preheating temperature box: avoid refrigeration unit operation within 5 minutes, so the program to preheat for 5 minutes at the beginning, the temperature is set to normal temperature.
5, avoid opening the box: in the process of test, try not to open the door at low temperature to open the box is easy to cause frost, otherwise there may be burns or frostbite. If the set temperature is particularly bad, do not directly touch the box, or there may be injuries. the exhaust copper pipe temperature is too high. Do not touch it during operation to avoid burns.
6. The tested sample should be fixed on the top of the sample rack as far as possible. It is not recommended to be near the box wall or placed on one side, otherwise it will lead to the tilt of the two-box cold and hot impact test box basket. Do not frequently open and close the door of the temperature impact test chamber during operation, otherwise the service life of the equipment will be affected
7. Before the test, we need to check the power cord of the rapid temperature change test box. If it is found that the cord is disconnected or the copper wire is exposed, we must find a professional electrician to repair it before using it, otherwise there may be electric shock accident.
8. The temperature shock test chamber should be fixed to clean the condenser every 3 months. For the air-cooled refrigeration system, the condensing fan should be repaired regularly, and the condenser should be decondamped and dedusted to ensure its good ventilation and heat transfer performance; For water-cooled refrigeration system, in addition to ensuring that the water inlet pressure and water inlet temperature are within the specified range, the corresponding flow rate must also be ensured, and the internal cleaning and descaling of the condenser should be carried out regularly to obtain the continuous heat exchange performance.
