Product Application:
The bending and torsion testing machine conforms to the requirements of UL817 and other relevant standards for “General Safety Requirements for Flexible Cord Components and Power Cords”. It is suitable for manufacturers and quality inspection departments to perform bending tests on power cords and DC cables. This machine is specifically designed to test the bending strength of plug leads and cables; the speed is achieved by transmitting signals from a photoelectric sensor to a digital display, and the reading can be obtained by directly adjusting the stepless speed controller.

Test method:
The test method is to fix the sample on the fixture and apply a certain load. After a certain number of times, check its wire breakage rate, or check its total count when it can no longer be powered. It should stop working automatically. The sample should be tested four times. Between each test, the sample should be moved forward by 100mm and rotated at a 90° angle, always in the same direction.
