Header Sockets and Couplers Part 1 General Requirements” 24.4 The mechanical strength test requires simulating the bending and
twisting of the charging gun connector in actual use, and testing at the rate and angle required by the standard.
The equipment adopts PLC electrical control, intelligent operation of 7-inch color LCD touch screen, driven by servo motor, preset
test times (up to 99999 times), test speed, test angle, and has the function of current continuity detection. When the equipment
reaches the preset number of times or the on-current detection is disconnected, the current station stops action, and the current
number of tests is recorded and the sound signal of the end of the test is generated. The load can be connected externally to do
the load on-off test.
It is suitable for charging pile-related manufacturers and quality inspection departments to carry out the bending connection part
test of the “mechanical strength” part of the power connection cable of the plug and socket of the charging vehicle.

Product Features
1) The testing machine is driven by a stepper motor system, and is set and displayed on an intelligent touch screen.
The machine can be equipped with a load power supply (0-60A can be customized).
2) The testing machine can intelligently judge the short circuit, open circuit or adhesion, poor contact and other conditions of
the power cord, and can automatically stop, and display the corresponding channel of the test failure, and send out sound and
light alarms and character prompts to facilitate the research and development of wire faults.
3) The whole machine is composed of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate baking paint and electrophoretic aluminum alloy bracket,
which is beautiful and durable.
