Bicycle Disc Brake Fatigue Testing Machine Bicycle Brake Performance Test Equipment
Product use:
The bicycle disc brake fatigue tester is mainly used to simulate the stress fatigue test state of the bicycle disc brake bracket. By applying alternating force on the fixed disc brake bracket, after a certain number of times, the damage is detected.
Product features:
A large rotating wheel is used as the driving wheel to drive the wheel rim to be tested, and “dynamic walking brake test”, “brake performance test”, “wheel static pressure brake test” and “sway brake test” can be carried out. It is controlled by an industrial computer and the test results can be printed with a micro printer. The load is applied by weight superposition direct pressure, which more realistically simulates the test environment and state.
